Exchange Policy

At TacticalThread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for an Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must not have been worn or washed
It must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging
The reason for exchange must be communicated in writing within 30 days of delivery

3. How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at support@tacticalthreadaustralia.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for (e.g. different size or colour).

We will review your request and provide further return instructions.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, while the shipping of the replacement item is free of charge.

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are excluded from exchange:

Worn, damaged, or soiled items
Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
Personalised items or custom orders

5. Availability of Replacement Items

If the requested replacement item is not available, we will issue a full refund for the returned product.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include a photo of the product.
In such cases, we will cover all return costs and send you a replacement immediately.
