Return & Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TacticalThread, Route des Jeunes 5D, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland, Email: support@tacticalthread-at.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the withdrawal form template provided below, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a different method of delivery than the least expensive standard option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
